Responsibilities
- Leads the planning and execution of engineering projects, including schedules and budgets, through the manufacturing process.
- Develop quotes for all Engineered Systems collection and treatment system projects and maintain all supporting documentation in CRM and ERP systems.
- Review RFQs, bid packages and technical drawings from Systems Engineering to determine scope of work and ensure accuracy.
- Ensures all systems are delivered on time to job site and communicates with appropriate departments.
- Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives; successfully manages projects with no or minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent project management experience).
- 4+ years of relevant experience in project management, estimating, or engineering.
- Ability to interpret SolidWorks and CAD drawings.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects.
Qualifications
- Must be willing and able to travel in the US and Internationally complying with current travel regulations and guidelines.
- Must be able to meet and maintain Orenco's approved driver criteria; a valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, current insurance on personal vehicle, and meet company insurability requirements.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
