Project Manager (Hybrid Charlotte, NC)

Job Title: Project Manager Location: Charlotte, NC or Frisco, TX (Hybrid) Our client is a Fortune 100 financial services enterprise managing over a trillion dollars in assets. They build industry-leading digital wealth management platforms that support millions of professionals nationwide. They are looking for a proactive Project Manager to drive medium-to-large-scale enterprise initiatives. Operating with minimal oversight, you will act as both a strategic leader and a tactical executor. You will navigate complex, ambiguous environments to align horizontal teams and ensure seamless project delivery from start to finish. Requirements 3+ years of professional project management experience (5+ years preferred). Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional teams. Strong capability to execute independently in ambiguous and challenging environments. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholder audiences at all levels. University degree preferred. PMP or CAPM certification highly preferred. Responsibilities Build comprehensive project plans outlining workstream deliverables, owners, and delivery timelines. Coordinate project meetings, document status reporting, and manage all core project manager duties. Create and maintain essential project documentation, including RAID logs, trackers, and schedules. Identify, categorize, and document action items, risks, issues, and dependencies. Develop go-to-green and risk mitigation plans in partnership with cross-functional teams. Communicate progress, milestones, and expectations clearly to key stakeholders. This is a long-term, hybrid contract running through December 2027, offering a highly competitive pay rate of up to $52.00 per hour.
