Project Manager - Charlotte Site Development
Job Description
Manage sitework and grading operations for a 13-acre redevelopment project
Coordinate subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and project documentation
Support field operations and provide leadership alongside the Superintendent
Assist with estimating, design-build coordination, and project planning activities
Build relationships with clients, consultants, municipalities, and trade partners
Requirements
Experience as a PM or strong APM on sitework, grading, or utility projects
Knowledge of Charlotte-area subcontractors, processes, and construction market
Ability to support and mentor field teams while driving project execution
Experience with land development, mass grading, or civil construction projects
Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
Pay
$100,000-$110,000 base salary
$500/month vehicle allowance plus comprehensive benefits
