Project Manager - Hybrid

Job Summary

The Project Manager leads cross-functional projects from planning through completion, ensuring objectives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role collaborates with stakeholders, leadership, and vendors to drive successful project outcomes.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics.
• Cook up internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead project meetings, track action items, and communicate status updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage project changes, and resolve issues.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, budgets, and reporting.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• May travel occasionally to attend events, meetings, or training sessions.

Required Skills/Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management, managing multiple projects at once
• 5+ years of experience creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and meet business objectives
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred
• Healthcare or benefits industry experience is a plus

About the Role

NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Project Manager (hybrid) to join our team in Irvine, CA.

Pay

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting annual range for this role is $90,000-$120,000 annual. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

Schedule

This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule.
