Visit our website to learn more: www.kinectrics.com About The Role The Project Manager – High Voltage (HV) Cables leads the planning and execution of HV cable testing and commissioning projects across North America. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations, while serving as a key liaison between clients, technical teams, and field operations. Key Responsibilities Project Execution Plan and deliver HV cable projects, defining scope, schedules, and deliverablesCoordinate with clients, technical leads, and field teams to ensure aligned executionMonitor progress, manage risks, and drive projects to meet cost, schedule, and quality targetsProvide regular project updates and support successful close-out, including documentation and lessons learned Coordination & Resources Manage internal resources, field crews, and equipment deploymentCollaborate with operations and vendors to support smooth project deliverySupport site planning, scheduling, and execution readiness Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as primary point of contact for clientsLead meetings, manage expectations, and resolve issues proactivelyBuild strong relationships to support repeat business and client satisfaction Project Controls Track budgets, schedules, and forecastsIdentify variances and support corrective actionsAssist with change orders, invoicing, and reporting consistency Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field3-5 years experience managing engineering projects in the utility or energy sectorHV cable, substation, or commissioning experience preferredStrong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Kinectrics AES, Inc. supports diversity and is committed to the concept of Equal Employment Opportunity.
