What You'll Be Doing:
- Provides project management skills for the HR Department and any other projects across the district including, but not limited to, project planning, leading cross-functional teams in implementation, etc.
- Create and distribute draft agendas, provide advance materials, and execute follow-up for meetings and events.
- Extensively document project related activities and findings, quantify results, and communicate project results and conclusions to stakeholders, collaborators, and district leaders.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis and external research to support leadership decision-making regarding projects and priorities.
- Work with executive staff, cabinet members and others to ensure project priorities are in alignment with the District's core goals.
- Manage data collection and dissemination for special projects and make sure data is updated, timely, and relevant.
- Perform project management duties, including planning, prioritizing, and coordinating.
- Determine and deploy resources required to successfully complete projects on schedule and within budget, ensuring project objectives fulfilled.
- Maintain and provide regular comprehensive status reports and project schedules.
- Build relationships and liaise with various central office departments, school leaders, teachers, and community partners as appropriate.
- Lead and/or attend various meetings to communicate information, advise, recommend and make presentations created to present technical proposals/plans/documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 60 College Hours
- 2 years experience in Project Management
- 2 years in handling highly confidential documents and records.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including keen attention to detail, and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
- Exceptional writing and oral communication skills.
- Excellent time-management and a willingness to work non-standard hours.
- Able to work successfully alone or on a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including word, powerpoint, and excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- PMP Certification
Physical Demands:
- Sit, stand, walk, speak, hear, use hands, fingers, and reach with hands and fingers;
- Bend, stoop, and lift objects of at least ten pounds.
- Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Visual ability requires mono and color vision, close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Terms Of Employment:
- Length of work year: In person, 12 months, 260 days (7.5 hours per day/5 days per week)
