Paid Training Program

To set every team member up for long-term success, all hires will complete a paid 90-day training program in Dallas, Texas. During training, you'll learn our proven sales process, project management systems, and customer experience standards while working alongside experienced leaders.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Perform exterior property and roof inspections
• Educate homeowners on the storm restoration and insurance process
• Manage roofing restoration projects from start to finish
• Build lasting customer relationships and generate referrals
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every project
