Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction (Dams, Tunnels, Underground)

Direct field engineering, surveying, and quality control
Manage subcontractors, procurement, and resource allocation
Own CPM schedules, budgets, cost accounting, and forecasting
Travel to long-term project sites across the Midwest, often away from home.

Responsibilities

  • Direct field engineering, surveying, and quality control
  • Manage subcontractors, procurement, and resource allocation
  • Own CPM schedules, budgets, cost accounting, and forecasting
  • Travel to long-term project sites across the Midwest, often away from home

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Minimum 5 years experience heavy civil construction project management on U.S. based projects
  • Proven CPM scheduling, estimating, and subcontractor management
  • Willingness to travel to long-term project sites across the Midwest
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future without employer sponsorship
  • A plus, not a requirement: dam, hydro, tunnel, or geotechnical project exposure; EIT certification; survey or layout experience; an internship with a heavy civil or underground contractor.
