Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines and resolve any issues that arise
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards
- Prepare and review project proposals, contracts, and change orders
- Track project financials, including budgets, expenses, and forecasting
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates and address concerns promptly
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Foster a positive team environment and mentor junior staff members
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the civil construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and project management software (e.g., HCSS)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
Pay
$110,000 – $150,000 per year
