Project Manager (Heavy Civil Construction)
About the role
The Project Manager at Skanska is responsible for managing the overall project direction, completion, and financial outcome, while also administering relationships with both the owner and subcontractors. They lead and mentor on-site staff and require strong business management acumen, leadership, organizational, and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and client service abilities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree – Construction or Engineering or equivalent experience
- 7+ years prior relevant experience
- Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics within one project or job area
- Advance knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree – Construction or Engineering or equivalent experience
- 7+ years prior relevant experience
