About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead heavy civil construction projects such as highways, bridges, utilities, and earthwork, overseeing all phases from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through completion.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Control budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing heavy civil projects.
• Knowledge of DOT specifications, earthwork, and structural concrete.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools, specifically Primavera P6.
