Project Manager - Healthcare Construction

The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex commercial and healthcare construction projects in the Baltimore, MD area. This is a key role managing multiple fast-track projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets are met. What You'll Do Lead multiple commercial and healthcare construction projects from estimating and bidding through turnover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout each project.Prepare detailed estimates and bid proposals, select and procure subcontractors and suppliers, and manage contract administration.Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Microsoft Project, overseeing material lead times, deliveries, and trade coordination.Direct daily project communications with superintendents, architects, engineers, and clients; lead progress meetings, document decisions, and drive timely resolution of issues. What Success Looks Like Within 6–12 months, you consistently deliver assigned projects over 10,000 sq. ft. on schedule and within budget while meeting quality and safety standards.Clients and design partners view you as a trusted, responsive project leader, resulting in repeat work and positive references.Project documentation—RFIs, submittals, change proposals, and AIA payment applications—is accurate, timely, and supports strong financial performance.Trade partners are well-coordinated, site operations run smoothly, and project closeouts are completed efficiently with minimal punch-list issues. What We're Looking For At least 10 years of commercial construction experience with a strong track record delivering healthcare projects and corporate interiors.Deep knowledge of construction details, including electrical, mechanical, and architectural systems, and the ability to read and interpret complex MEP drawings.Proven ability to manage multiple projects over 10,000 sq. ft., coordinating trades, schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, Procore, and Bluebeam, along with strong communication, organization, and client-facing skills. Compensation And Benefits Salary range: $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and technical expertise.Dynamic, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth and increased responsibility.
