About the role
We're looking for a Project Manager to lead complex healthcare construction projects, delivering strong process, scheduling, and project controls across hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities, including work in occupied and active healthcare environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects and lead teams on hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities
- Communicate effectively with owners, architects, and engineers
- Coordinate projects in occupied healthcare environments, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care
- Support the preconstruction team
- Contribute to business development efforts in the healthcare sector, including RFP responses and client interviews
- Lead meetings such as Owner Architect Contractor (OAC) meetings and monthly project status reviews
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control requirements (ICRA), and interim life safety measures (ILSM)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
- 8+ years of construction experience with strong healthcare project experience
- Proven experience with hospital renovations and expansions
- Experience working in occupied or active healthcare environments
- Experience managing phasing, infection control measures, and complex MEP systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in highly regulated environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client management skills, with the ability to lead teams through preconstruction and construction, especially with healthcare systems and facility teams

Pay
$125,000 to $175,000 per year
