Project Manager - Health Plan Operations

Location: Kansas City, Missouri (Partial Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to support Health Plan Operations readiness activities for a major Go-Live event. This role is dedicated to affiliation and integration efforts. The Project Manager will develop and manage the execution plan, coordinate cross-functional activities, track milestones, and ensure operational readiness objectives are achieved for the transition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Health Plan Operations execution plan.
• Coordinate work across multiple business units and connect disparate workstreams.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Ensure operational readiness objectives are achieved in support of the transition.
• Move initiatives forward and ensure tasks are completed effectively.
• Manage stakeholder communications and relationships.

Requirements

• Demonstrated strength in project management fundamentals.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Capability to coordinate work across multiple business units.
• Ability to connect disparate workstreams and move initiatives forward.
• Proficiency in communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Preferred: Experience with Planview is not required. The primary focus is on strong project management capabilities rather than specific tool experience.
