About the Role
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee all phases of large-scale ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Working closely with Superintendents, owners, architects, and subcontractors, you'll manage budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and project teams while ensuring successful project delivery. Current projects range from $60M-$240M and are located throughout the San Fernando Valley, Pasadena, Orange County, Los Angeles, and the Inland Empire.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor
- Ground-up multifamily experience strongly preferred
- Senior living, podium, mixed-use, or commercial experience also considered
- Experience managing projects valued at $40M+
- Strong leadership and client communication skills
- Experience with Procore, CMiC, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
