Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated ground improvement projects
  • Ensure project goals or objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters
  • Manage the civil scope of the project including ground improvements, earth work, and precast
  • Be responsible for subcontractor management

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Able to anticipate and meet internal and external customer needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or geotechnical engineering with 5-10 years of post-college experience
  • P.E Certification
  • Experience in deep foundations, heavy civil, design build, and/or geotechnical contracting
  • Proficiency in soil mixing, stone columns, compaction grouting, and injection grouting
  • Travel up to 25-30%
