Key Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated ground improvement projects
- Ensure project goals or objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters
- Manage the civil scope of the project including ground improvements, earth work, and precast
- Be responsible for subcontractor management
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to meet deadlines
- Able to anticipate and meet internal and external customer needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or geotechnical engineering with 5-10 years of post-college experience
- P.E Certification
- Experience in deep foundations, heavy civil, design build, and/or geotechnical contracting
- Proficiency in soil mixing, stone columns, compaction grouting, and injection grouting
- Travel up to 25-30%
