As a Project Manager within the Grid Components Business Unit, you will lead complex, high-impact initiatives that support reliable and efficient energy systems. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple complex projects with defined goals, timelines, and outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and manage escalations.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships across internal and external teams.
- Plan and manage scope, budgets, resources, and schedules.
- Oversee documentation related to scope, financials, and risk management.
- Manage project financials, including invoicing, cost control, and cash flow.
- Monitor progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and share learnings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of project management best practices and tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Proven experience managing customer relationships and contracts.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
