About the role
The Project Management Team is the backbone of our growing business. This position is based at our Grapevine, TX location.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all project deadlines are met on time and within budget.
- Efficiently communicate and work with customers, vendors, and architects to provide the best solution for each project.
- Manage projects from estimate, contract negotiation, submittals, procurement, change orders, delivery, billing, and closeout.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Bluebeam.
- Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in an advanced, fast-paced environment both individually and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, positive and helpful demeanor, and excellent customer service skills.
- Must pass drug and alcohol screen and successfully complete random screens.
- High school diploma.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience reading plans and specifications.
- Experience using industry-specific software (Comsense).
- Familiarity with Division 8 specifications and the construction industry.
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
