Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Leads the delivery of IT projects
- Provides superior service and drives results for clients
- Produces quality work products with an emphasis on achieving specific, measurable outcomes
- Contributes to an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvements within the Project Management Office (PMO)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Information Systems, Decision Sciences or related discipline
- Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated success managing projects throughout all phases of project lifecycle
- Projects with global scope are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft M365 and experienced with project scheduling tools
- Experience with SaaS migration projects, Artificial Intelligence/ machine learning integrations, commercial software implementation, infrastructure, software development and/ or technical construction
- Experience managing projects involving data privacy, regulatory compliance, and failover or disaster recovery planning will be considered a plus
