Qualifications
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a specific focus on geotechnical construction.
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project completion.
- Strong mechanical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
- Experience in operating drilling rigs and setting up drills.
- Familiarity with casing, down hole hammer, and hollow bar.
- Experience in construction management, site management, and subcontractor management.
- Strong knowledge of the prefabricated metal building industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- The ability to prepare detailed schematics and project schedules.
- Proven ability to monitor projects and implement solutions to potential issues promptly.
- A degree in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
