About the Opportunity:The PROJECT MANAGER - GENERATOR/HVAC MAINTENANCE leads project teams to deliver complex construction projects on time and within budget. This role ensures safety and quality standards are met, manages schedules and budgets, and facilitates communication among internal teams and external clients. The position directly impacts project success by overseeing all aspects from planning through closeout, promoting a safe work environment, and supporting efficient operations. Responsibilities:Lead and promote safety culture on site, ensuring standards are met or exceededFacilitate creation and implementation of the Project Quality Plan and lead quality assurance effortsCreate and maintain project schedules and update stakeholders weeklySupport business partner selection, procurement, and negotiationsManage the change management processSet up project systems including cost accounting and directories, and manage budgets for design consultantsLead internal and external project teams to ensure on-budget and on-schedule deliveryCommunicate project status daily to customers and managementDevelop processes and teams to meet all project requirementsCoordinate with Construction Lead on timing, execution, and closeoutLead client and project team meetings weeklyDirect Construction Management on task executionTrack project completion, closeout, and invoicingApprove timesheets and daily logsEnsure crews have necessary equipmentPerform additional duties as assigned Requirements:Minimum 2 years experience in generator or HVAC maintenanceAt least 2 years of Project Management experienceProficient in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tablesCommitment to safetyTrack record of quality work completionProblem-solving skills and hands-on work approachInterest in long-term projectsHigh School Diploma or equivalent3 years of construction project experienceAdvanced skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPointIntermediate schedule management experienceAbility to multitask in fast-paced environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPrecise hand-eye coordinationGood vision for distance and spatial judgmentAbility to distinguish colorsBlueprint reading skillsAbility to report progress and issues to leadershipSafety training and OSHA knowledgeAbility to commute to remote work sitesPreferred: telecom construction PM or CM experience, Smartsheet proficiency Pay Range and Compensation Package:Compensation of $80,000 to $95,000 annually, depending on experience Benefits & Perks:401(k) with company matchEmployee Stock Purchase PlanLife insuranceShort-term and long-term disabilityMedical, dental, and vision insuranceDependent care and medical flexible spending accountsEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid time off, holidays, sick leave, and family/medical leaveRed Wing Boot Voucher Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
