About the role

We are currently seeking a seasoned Permanent Project Manager, specializing in General Construction for Federal Projects. This is an exceptional opportunity for those who have a passion for construction and a desire to work on exciting, high-profile projects. As a project manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising projects from development to completion. You will be working closely with a diverse team and federal clients, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery: schedules, budgets, submittals, subcontractor coordination, change orders, RFIs
• Manage multiple active projects simultaneously
• Work through complex problems under pressure while maintaining composure
• Drive results and take ownership of projects

Requirements

• Federal construction experience required — experience with FAA, USACE, NPS, and GSA projects across multiple states
• Procore experience preferred
• Travel is required
