Position Summary Ladgov Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee full food-service operations at multiple Army dining facilities located at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield. The Project Manager will serve as Ladgov’s senior on-site representative and will be responsible for contract performance, personnel management, operational coordination, quality control, and communication with authorized installation representatives. Responsibilities Direct and oversee all contract and subcontractor activitiesManage dining-facility operations across all active locationsEnsure staffing, food production, service, sanitation, safety, and administrative requirements are completedSupervise Dining Facility Managers, quality-control personnel, and administrative staffMaintain staffing continuity and coordinate replacement personnelMonitor labor usage, schedules, attendance, overtime, and productivityEnsure compliance with approved menus, AFMIS procedures, food-safety standards, and contract requirementsOversee the Quality Control Plan and corrective-action processCoordinate with the Contracting Officer and COR regarding performance, staffing, and operational issuesParticipate in quarterly Performance Management ReviewsReview invoices, certified labor-hour reports, training records, and required contract reportsEnsure Government property, food, equipment, and funds are properly safeguardedRespond promptly to operational calls and emergencies Minimum Requirements At least five years of general supervisory experienceAt least three years of management experience in cafeteria-style or multi-entrée operations providing breakfast, lunch, and dinnerExperience managing high-volume or institutional food-service operationsFamiliarity with AFMIS, OTCnet, inventory control, food ordering, and production planningCurrent Food Protection Manager certification, such as ServSafe Manager, issued within the previous five yearsAbility to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card and installation accessStrong personnel-management, reporting, scheduling, and communication skillsAvailability during operating and non-operating hours when urgent support is required The PWS makes this a key position and requires the Project Manager to have full authority to represent the Contractor Powered by JazzHR C1xe2D8hr8
