Project Manager, Frencken America

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Review customer Request for Quotation (RFQ), develop and prepare required documentation, such as submittals, bid packages, contracts, invoices, change orders, and other administrative requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, with adherence to ISO9001:2015 quality controls and documentation requirements.
• Manage multiple, concurrent projects’ progress and performance, providing regular status updates.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide project support to procurement and production teams as needed.
• Cookordination and communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to ensure project alignment and transparency.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Five (5) years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of the electrical and mechanical manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Computer Skills:
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience utilizing CAD software.
