The Briad Group is seeking a Project Manager to work in our Livingston, NJ office with travel to NY locations as needed.

The Briad Group® is rapidly expanding to serve a wide range of hospitality and development needs. Our portfolio includes Wendy’s franchise locations, Marriott and Hilton brand hotels, Rooftop Lounge venues, and an outdoor lifestyle shopping center. We are also developing mini travel centers featuring Circle K fuel and various quick-service restaurant (QSR) brands. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Own project schedules, budgets, timelines, and critical path activities
- Partner with Project Superintendents to plan and coordinate project execution
- Manage subcontractor bidding, proposals, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, invoices, and project documentation
- Review project financials and monitor costs to ensure projects remain on budget
- Coordinate material procurement and prioritize work based on project timelines
- Work closely with estimating and construction teams on cost estimates, take-offs, and project planning
- Communicate project status, financial performance, risks, and schedules to senior leadership
- Build strong relationships with town officials, subcontractors, vendors, and project partners
- Coordinate construction, design, and project openings with our Operations team
- Lead project closeout and ensure all project requirements are completed
- Keep the entire project team focused, accountable, and moving toward the critical path
Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant commercial construction experience
- Demonstrated project management experience with complex construction projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and practices
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Confidence to make thoughtful, informed decisions in real time
- Ability to hold others accountable while building positive working relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, self-directed approach and strong attention to detail
- High integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to doing the right thing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software
- Experience with tools such as Procore, Timberline, SureTrak, or Microsoft Project

Pay
Salary range: $90,000 - $105,000
