Project Manager for Structural Steel Projects

About the role

At S&R Enterprises, the Project Manager (Structural Steel) leads teams, solves real problems, and ensures safety, quality, and people matter on every job. The role involves ownership from start to finish, building plans, coordinating with field teams, leadership, and clients, and delivering projects on time, on budget, and right.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural steel projects from start to finish, managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Develop comprehensive plans including erection sequences, crane plans, and safety strategies before work begins.
• Maintain continuous communication with field teams, leadership, and clients to keep everyone aligned.
• Identify and resolve problems quickly to keep projects moving.
• Protect safety and quality by enforcing standards and avoiding shortcuts.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality specifications.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of structural steel project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Willingness to travel nationwide to manage jobs.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Clear communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferred).
• Reliable transportation for job site visits.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay

Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 based on experience, plus performance bonuses and yearly bonuses.
