About the role

The Project Manager for manufacturing OT is responsible for overseeing projects related to operational technology within the manufacturing sector. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of industrial automation systems.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and IT to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the manufacturing industry.
  • Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of project managers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

  • Experience with industrial automation systems and manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.

Skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
