About the role
Gale Associates, Inc., a well-respected national engineering/planning firm with over 62 years in business and 13 consecutive years as one of Zweig Group’s “Best Firms to Work For,” is seeking a Registered Project Manager for our Towson, MD office.
The selected candidate will provide building enclosure evaluations, forensic investigations, designs, construction administration, commissioning services, and peer reviews for projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic States.
Responsibilities
- Perform building enclosure evaluations and forensic investigations
- Develop designs and provide construction administration
- Conduct commissioning services and peer reviews
- Manage projects and client relationships effectively
- Travel occasionally (5-10%) and attend trade shows
Requirements
- Minimum BS degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or Architecture
- 8-10 years of professional experience in building enclosure evaluation, design, and performance
- P.E. or AIA Registration (required)
- LEED®AP certification (desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay
$144,500–$156,000 annually
