Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily fire alarm service operations, including technician dispatch, workload management, and customer communication.
- Review and approve T&M tickets and submit to accounting for invoicing.
- Cook up with sales, inspections, and JC teams to support seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate labor, materials and resources for service jobs to assist sales team with issuing accurate proposals.
- Monitor project costs and schedules to ensure profitability and on-time delivery.
- Act as the initial point of contact for technical support issues for technicians and account managers.
Qualifications
- Strong leader, motivator and communicator, with the ability to prioritize, problem solve and make decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- 3+ years of fire alarm service or project management experience.
- Working knowledge of fire alarm systems and NFPA codes (especially NFPA 72).
- NICET Level II in Fire Alarm Systems or ability to obtain within 6 months.
