Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the execution of complex projects
• Drive the execution of technology initiatives
• Collaborate with the Corporate Technology leadership team and CFO stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with organizational objectives
• Engage others in the delivery and execution of technical solutions and service deliverables
• Communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly
• Assess project scope and team capabilities
• Apply judgment to balance process compliance with achievement of business objectives
• Work with technical roles such as engineers, developers, data scientists, etc.
• Lead project teams without direct authority
• Communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly
• Manage multiple initiatives with strong time management and organizational skills
• Influence and motivate teams
• Use AI solutions and tools such as Claude, Copilot or any other tools that leverage these tools for efficient work output

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or Actuarial Science
• 8+ years managing and driving the execution of complex projects
• 6+ years of Agile product delivery experience
• 6+ years if experience with driving the execution of technology
• PMP and/or Agile Scrum Master certification
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing and driving the execution of complex projects
• Expert with project management tools and techniques, such as JIRA, Confluence, Scrum and Kanban
• Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict management, coordination, and planning skills with cross-functional teams
• Skilled in applying judgment to balance process compliance with achievement of business objectives
• Experience in/working in partnership with technical roles, such as engineers, developers, data scientists, etc.
• Project leadership experience focused on engaging others in the delivery and execution of technical solutions and service deliverables
• Outcome oriented with the ability to drill down from the big picture to process details
• Strong leadership skills and influencer
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• Solid grasp of software technologies and stacks
• Proven track record of analytical and problem-solving skills
• A solid understanding of Financial Accounting Systems and knowledge of accounting principles, reporting, and budgeting
• Strong data analysis skills for extracting insights from financial data
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting software
• Experience integrating financial systems with actuarial, policy administration, and claims platforms
• Experience working with projects related to SAP, any other ERPs, Treasury products such as Kyriba or SAP AP/S/4 HANA
• Ability to influence and motivate teams without direct authority
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
