Project Manager - Family Owned GC - Madison, WI

Job Description

Lead all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion and closeout.

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.
• Cookordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and field teams to maintain efficient project execution.
• Monitor construction quality, safety, and compliance with contract documents, building codes, and regulations.
• Review project drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders to resolve technical issues.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and financial performance with owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate and administer contracts while tracking project costs, forecasting budgets, and approving invoices.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve field challenges, and ensure successful project turnover and client satisfaction.

Successful Applicant

• 2+ years of lead project management experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Track record of leading projects valued at $2M+.
