Project Manager – Facilities and Construction, GSA (Anticipated)

Core Responsibilities

• Develop scopes of work, Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), and procurement documents for federal construction projects.
• Manage construction efforts involving electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.
• Cook with GSA, FDA, and USAF stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and compliance with applicable federal regulations.

Technical Requirements

• A U.S. Citizenship and a valid drivers license are required.
• A Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing federal construction projects (up to $250,000).
• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, MS Project, BlueBeam, and KAHUA platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with federal campus infrastructure and multi-agency construction collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations and reporting.
• Proven ability to track and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
