Project Manager- Estimator/ Property Adjuster/Xactimate (Lees)

About the role

We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects caused by fire, water, mold, and natural disasters. This role involves developing client relationships, managing projects from start to finish, and overseeing contractors with the support of an assigned Construction Superintendent. The position offers a base salary of $75,000 - $90,000 annually, eligibility for an annual bonus, and a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and restoration estimates for project leads.
• Lead communication between customers and insurance providers.
• Monitor and control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Evaluate construction progress and team performance.
• Manage financial aspects of repair and restoration projects.
• Identify potential legal issues and review them with the Branch Manager and Construction Superintendent.
• Oversee project close-out and represent the company in project meetings.
• Provide technical assistance and support to project team members.
• Identify new work opportunities and inform Sales and Marketing of potential projects with current clients.
• Lead internal teams focused on continuous business improvement.
• Promote growth and development of client, subcontractor, and vendor relationships.
• Familiarize yourself with all policies and processes related to this position.
• Proactively identify and solve problems to minimize risk.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of prior disaster restoration experience (residential and commercial) – Required.
• Restoration estimating experience and ability to write scopes in Xactimate – Required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to travel out of town is preferred.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
