Project Manager/Estimator

You will drive project profitability and operational growth by leading high-impact commercial, industrial, and traffic signalization contracts from initial cost estimation through final execution. How You Will Make An Impact
- Lead full lifecycle project management for commercial, industrial, and traffic signalization contracts to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Perform detailed electrical estimations, plan takeoff analysis, and cost forecasting using specialized estimating software.
- Drive financial efficiency and account profitability by actively tracking project costs through WIP reporting tools.
- Oversee field labor, material allocation, and subcontractor schedules to optimize jobsite productivity.
- Enforce rigorous adherence to the National Electrical Code (NEC), local building standards, and corporate safety policies.
- Develop project designs, interpret single-line schematics, and resolve site challenges proactively alongside field leadership.
- Expand client relations and secure new commercial infrastructure opportunities to increase regional market share.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience managing and estimating commercial or industrial electrical construction projects.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in electrical estimating workflows, bid preparation, and project cost controls.
- Proven knowledge of electrical design principles, blueprint reading, and current National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Strong computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient with professional electrical estimating tools, project management software, and MS Office Suite.
- Established network of commercial or industrial client relationships and regional subcontractor connections.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Has a proven history of working with a reliable supporting crew or field team and the ability to bring trusted team members onboard as projects and staffing needs grow. Not required, but strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary/Pay Rate: $110,000 to $130,000 per year (Salary) plus Performance Based Commission.
