Project Manager - Estimator

About the role

BROADCO is seeking an experienced Insurance Restoration ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property restoration and a proven track record in managing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for insurance claims based on site inspections and documentation
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely completion of projects within scope and budget
• Oversee the coordination between insurance adjusters, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property restoration
• Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and resolve issues
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies and adjusters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property restoration or construction management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Project
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

Pay

$80,000 - $90,000 per year
