Project Manager/estimator
About the role
Oversee construction projects from the bidding and preconstruction phases through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Manage all financial aspects of projects, including estimating, bidding, budgeting, invoicing, cost tracking, change orders, draws, and closeouts.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire construction project lifecycle from bidding to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Manage financial aspects, including estimating, bidding, and budgeting.
- Handle invoicing, cost tracking, change orders, draws, and project closeouts.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in construction project management and estimating.
- Strong knowledge of concrete and masonry construction projects in a commercial setting.
- Proficiency in Procore and Sage.
- Daily in-office work with some site visits for bid meetings.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $64.00/hr. Individual compensation within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Schedule
This is a Contract to Hire position based in Clearwater, MN, with a fully onsite work environment and consistent weekly salary pay.
