About the role

The Project Manager on the Enterprise Digital Manufacturing team will manage projects related to the Product Supply organization. Key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, coordinating the team's day-to-day operations, and ensuring the delivery of project benefits as outlined in the business case.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed project plans including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, reporting processes, and allocating resources in accordance with the digital strategy.
  • Apply project management tools, methodologies, and best practices to ensure the on-time launch and flawless execution of projects from concept to end.
  • Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities, including addressing project management coordination gaps or areas of improvement and making effective decisions.
  • Manage and control project budget, providing cost forecasts and cash flow projections through development of project cost and status reports on at least a monthly basis or as requested by project stakeholders.
  • Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), creating reports that highlight KPIs and supporting the implementation of solutions when targets are not met.
  • Communicate with leadership to provide weekly project updates, align the project with goals, and proactively escalate issues to stay on schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, business, management, or relevant experience, or 3+ years' experience in a project manager role within a manufacturing or operations environment.
  • Understanding of manufacturing or operations systems, including familiarity with how a warehouse floor operates.
  • Experience managing project budgets, cost center flows, and vendor management cycles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and other project management tools.
  • Stakeholder management experience within a project management role, including facilitation of discussions and conflict resolution in a cross-functional environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management software tools like MS Project and Smartsheet.
  • Consumer Goods industry experience preferred, and Operations PM experience (manufacturing, warehousing, quality, etc.) preferred.
