Project Manager Engineering (Water/Wastewater)
MSA continues to expand as leaders in the Water/Wastewater space, and we are looking to add another Project Manager to our dynamic, 100% employee-owned team. With roots reaching back to 1919, MSA has grown into a multidisciplinary network of nearly 550 engineers, architects, planners, funding experts, surveyors, GIS experts, and environmental scientists dedicated to sustainable community development.
About the role
As a Project Manager, you will serve as a client liaison, mentor staff, and oversee technical work, budgets, scopes, and more. MSA supports Water/Wastewater projects through planning, design, construction, and operations in a hybrid, flexible work environment.

Responsibilities
- Project management including planning, scoping, budgeting, and QA/QC
- Client relationship management and business development
- Mentoring emerging engineering staff
- Oversight of plans, details, specifications, and bidding documents
- Assistance with project funding packages
- Providing project updates at public forums
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering (required)
- Experience with client interaction including council/board meetings (required)
- Project management experience (required)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of prior experience with Water/Wastewater projects (required)
- Authorization to work in the United States for any employer (no sponsorship provided)

Pay
Compensation range: $88,871–$142,192 (commensurate with experience).
