Job Summary
The Project Manager will achieve business objectives by developing opportunities, executing project work, and ensuring financial and team success through schedule, cost, and quality leadership.
Essential Functions
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Oil and Gas/Hydrocarbons Projects division, setting goals and objectives aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of project strategies, ensuring alignment with client expectations, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and key clients, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Oversee the financial performance of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, to ensure profitability and success.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the division, leveraging emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of project managers and engineers, promoting a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineering or Survey license is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the oil and gas industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in pipeline and facility design, construction, and operations.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive business growth and profitability.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Prominent ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
Pay Range
Pay Range - $125,000 - $175,000 base, + bonus.
