About the role
We are seeking Construction Project Management professionals prepared to work as long-term travelers with per diem supplements if applicable. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of construction projects and the successful management of a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and financial performance of your projects using business practices that are consistent with our company values – people, safety, integrity, innovation, and excellence.
- Influence and drive positive outcomes through dynamic leadership and management skills.
- Have thorough knowledge of the estimating, project cost accounting, scheduling, procurement, productivity tracking, and reporting methods necessary to profitably complete electrical construction projects.
- Experience with union workforces, labor rate calculations, and collective bargaining agreements.
- Successfully lead teams and develop and grow employees to their full potential.
Requirements
- Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.
- Licensure/Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Three (3) years in renewable energy, PV preferred.
Qualifications
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Skills

Pay
The pay range for this position is $106,000 to $170,000, with final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay varying based on a number of factors, including market location and job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
Schedule
This position primarily involves working on-site at the project location or in office. Travel frequency and duration will vary depending on the role and project timeline.
