Project Manager - Development, Affordable Housing

We are seeking a Project Manager to manage the development of affordable housing projects across California.

Responsibilities

• Managing the project budget and financing, including securing funding and managing cash flow
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful completion of project design and construction
• Perform site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
• Prepare reports and presentations for project stakeholders, including investors, government officials, and community members
• Collaborate with project team members to identify and resolve issues that arise during the development process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in development/project management, preferably in affordable housing
• Strong knowledge of project development, financing, design, and construction processes
• Experience with project scheduling and budget management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Knowledge of affordable housing regulations and policies (preferred)
