Description

Manage multiple light industrial construction projects simultaneously
Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement
Coordinate with ownership, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Identify and mitigate project risks
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Profile

5+ years of construction project management experience
Experience managing warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or industrial projects
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
