Project Manager -Deployments

Job Summary

Drive all phases of critical infrastructure hardware deployment projects, from initiation through commissioning
Manage resource allocation to minimize costs and scope creep
Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, facilities, network operations) to align with business goals
Evaluate and mitigate project risks; ensure compliance with policies
Host daily standup reports and calls
Oversee design, build, and delivery of data center critical infrastructure and network capacity
Review project plans and documentation for accuracy and consistency
Perform hardware availability analysis prior to project initialization
Lead periodic project meetings to manage progress and remove roadblocks
Develop and improve processes, documentation, and technical standards
Coordinate physical asset audits for compliance and accuracy
Manage complex, multi-faceted hardware deployment and construction project plans

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of project/program management experience in a data center-focused technical environment
• Experience with technical products related to data centers
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong cross-group collaboration skills (engineering, product management, finance)
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong decision-making ability
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and across time zones
• Demonstrated team-building skills, able to break down silos
• Willingness to work hours aligned with US time zones

Preferred Skills

• Advanced problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Customer-focused attitude
• Experience with data center hardware deployments, cybersecurity, and intelligence
• Experience with Jira, Microsoft, and Google office tools; automation experience a plus
