Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring all phases are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact, coordinating activities among Viken staff, installation partners, and end customers.
- Provide direct, on-site support for installation and deployment activities, troubleshooting both electrical and mechanical issues as they arise.
- Break down large-scale projects into manageable tasks, create detailed schedules, and proactively identify and solve potential roadblocks.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, and ensure all project documentation, including feedback and progress reports, is meticulously managed.
- Monitor and control project budgets to ensure all installations are completed within financial constraints.
- Conduct regular project meetings (pre-installation, during, and post-completion) to keep teams aligned and on track.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- A proven track record of managing projects involving the installation of complex electromechanical systems.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 30%-40%.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in challenging environmental conditions (e.g., extreme hot or cold weather) and during extended workdays.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a similar qualification.
- Experience working in the security industry.
