Job Description

Manages portfolio across multiple concurrent data center design projects.

Delivers revenues assigned.

Consistently delivers profit margins planned.

Maintains program performance including schedule, budget, staffing, and risk.

Utilizes earned value management to assess work progress against the baseline.

Identifies and resolves program-level constraints impacting delivery.

Ensures consistency of execution across multiple projects and clients.

Supports Design Managers and Strategy Site Managers in successful delivery.

Participates in client meetings, presentations, and program reviews.

Leads change management process for internal and external changes.

Supports client expectations and overall client experience.

Exchanges information on sensitive matters and builds consensus across teams and departments.

Completes assigned work independently.

Periodic travel may be required for project-related activities such as client meetings and site visits.

Requirements

  • BA/BS + 6 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Master's in Business Administration
  • Minimum 5+ years managing complex programs or major projects
  • Experience supporting or leading proposal efforts
  • Strong understanding of A/E project delivery process
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities

Qualifications

  • PMP certification preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in the A/E/C industry
  • Experience working with federal clients
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders
