Project Manager, Data Centers

About the role

Manage the successful delivery of complex, fast-track data center and mission-critical projects. The PM is responsible for day-to-day project execution under the direction of the senior PM. This role will work closely with team leadership, clients, contractors, vendors and project stakeholders to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, safely, efficiently and in alignment with JLL standards.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Documentation: Execute project delivery activities through planning, execution and closeout phases in accordance with approved project plans and senior leadership direction. Maintain project plans, logistics coordination, and integrated schedules; track milestones and escalate schedule or budget risks to senior project leadership. Manage project meetings, milestone events, and site visits; track action items and support communication across clients, vendors, and internal teams. Coordinate closeout deliverables including as-builts, O&M manuals, and warranties. Identify project risks and support mitigation planning and issue resolution with senior project leadership.
• Financial & Procurement Support: Track and manage project financials, change orders, and contract deliverables to support financial performance, contract compliance, and successful project delivery.
