Project Manager, Data Center Services

U.S. based position with an expected pay range of USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year, including base pay and short-term incentives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a "white glove" experience throughout the project lifecycle
- Own projects from PO conversion through customer turnover and facility readiness
- Develop and manage project schedules, trackers, action items, and deliverables
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, engineering, supply chain, field services, and internal stakeholders
- Lead site meetings and customer-facing project reviews
- Lead internal coordination, scheduling, and status meetings
- Facilitate quality meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Support equipment delivery, installation, commissioning, and startup activities
- Drive issue resolution and escalate risks to ensure project success
- Manage customer communications and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate activities with electrical and general contractors
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management, project coordination, services, or related experience preferred
- Passion for issue resolution is key
- Strong ownership mentality and accountability for project outcomes
- Proven ability to drive issues to closure and keep projects moving forward
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to client satisfaction
- Excellent organization and project tracking skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing demands
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Resourceful problem-solver who takes initiative and finds answers
- Experience managing schedules, customers, and project deliverables
- Comfortable working with contractors, technical teams, and cross-functional partners
- Willingness to learn and self-train on products, systems, and procedures
- Experience in data centers, electrical infrastructure, construction, industrial, or technical environments preferred
- Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate with engineering and field teams
- Strength in GSuite tools is expected
- Bachelor's degree and/or PMP certification preferred, but not required
