Join us as a Project Manager in the Data Center space and take the lead on delivering customer projects that make a real difference. Manage everything from planning through execution, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a "white glove" experience throughout the project lifecycle
- Own projects from PO conversion through customer turnover and facility readiness
- Develop and manage project schedules, trackers, action items, and deliverables
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, engineering, supply chain, field services, and internal stakeholders
- Lead site meetings and customer-facing project reviews
- Lead internal coordination, scheduling, and status meetings
- Facilitate quality meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Support equipment delivery, installation, commissioning, and startup activities
- Drive issue resolution and escalate risks to ensure project success
- Manage customer communications and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate activities with electrical and general contractors
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management / project coordination experience
- Experience managing data center projects and electrical infrastructure for new construction projects
- PMP certification preferred
- Ability to coach and guide team members through complex challenges and escalated issues
- Comfort working independently while maintaining adherence to quality and compliance standards
- Strategic thinking that connects project execution with broader business objectives
- Strong relationship-building skills that create trust with customers and internal partners

Pay
For this U.S.-based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This range includes base pay and short-term incentives. Individual pay is determined by performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
