Project Manager, Customer Facing

About the role

A Project Manager at Spectrum is responsible for leading revenue-generating initiatives from conception to completion. Key responsibilities include planning, monitoring, and executing projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor projects from concept to implementation
• Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned projects, building consensus among stakeholders
• Establish and apply project management processes to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to leadership expectations
• Meet with internal customers to provide status updates, gather feedback, and report on project progress
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, tracking costs, performance, and service levels
• Analyze and interpret project data to support decision-making and continuous improvement
• Perform additional tasks as requested to support project and business needs

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience: 2+ years of project management experience
• Skills: Read, write, and speak English clearly and professionally; strong prioritization and organizational skills; effective critical thinking skills; proficiency in using computers and software applications, including Microsoft Project; proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment; proficient in analyzing and interpreting data

Qualifications

• Preferred Qualifications: PM Tools (MS Project, JIRA, Tableau, Visio, Gantt tracking); Voice, Data Services, Video Systems, Network Security and Managed Services; Telecommunications; Outside Plant / Construction
• Education: Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum
