Project Manager-Construction-Sr

Job Objective Works under the supervision of the Director of Construction Services. Manages the construction of multiple new and renovation projects as directed by the director. Ensures projects are completed on time and on budget. Works closely with the Architects, Interior Designers, Engineers and Contractors on all projects. Works in collaboration with the Facilities Department to make sure the Health Systems facilities are well maintained and in good repair at all times. Assists other Project Managers under the direction of the Director of Construction Services. In the absence of the Director, the Senior Project Manager will lead the department and will provide updates to the Vice President as appropriate. Works with other hospital departments during the various phases of construction and final completion. Performs all other duties as assigned.
